By placing an order with BELTRAME SOLUCIONES EN HIERRO SL (Tax ID: B42726802), located at Calle Río Arno 17, Can Bufí, Ibiza, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between both parties and ensure responsible use of the materials provided, as well as efficient production in compliance with applicable laws.

By requesting any service, the client automatically accepts these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order, as acceptance implies full and unconditional agreement.
2. Provided Content
You may supply images, texts, logos, sketches, measurements, or ideas for production. You declare that you own the rights to such content or have express authorization. Submitted content must not be offensive, illegal, or infringe on third-party rights.
3. Limited License on Your Materials
You grant Beltrame a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to reproduce, adapt, or modify your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the production. This license is valid only for the duration of the production process.
4. Content Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not comply with our internal policies, raises legal concerns, or is technically unfeasible.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Placing an order does not grant rights over Beltrame’s proprietary designs, structures, or images, except for customized elements created based on the client’s content.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Customized products are not subject to withdrawal rights. Returns will only be accepted in cases of demonstrable defects. Each case will be reviewed individually.
7. Liability and Indemnification
You agree to hold Beltrame harmless from any claims arising from unauthorized use of protected content or any breach of these Terms.
8. Modifications
Beltrame reserves the right to modify these terms without affecting confirmed orders. Updated conditions will be made available prior to any future orders.
